I purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee (Laredo)in feburary of 2016 . I have had it back to the dealership on Three different occasions for two or three different issues.they say that there are no issues and the problems still occurring. I'm very dissatisfied with this dealership.they seem not to care at all.I would not encourage anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership.Its a shame that spent over 38000.00 and look at me like its all in my head.
I planned on buying a 2008 Cherokee limited here. Setup the whole deal with salesman John Back. Told him I was a disabled veteran, he said he would help me out. He described the vehicle, said a little scratch and one small door ding. He read me the carfax which sounded good. I told him I would not buy a car with a dirty carfax or one that has been wrecked.
