AN ABSOLUTE DUMP OF THE HIGHEST ORDER! Don’t be fooled by their sleek website photos, nothing could be further from the truth. It is nothing short of a backpackers hostel (Childers Palace Hostel in the waiting) on a very, very busy and noisy corner therefore impossible to sleep. Upon booking it would have been a nice disclosure that there was construction right behind the place. We were woken up at 6:30am to music blaring and banging. Then the fire alarm went off and a loud evacuation sounds went through the room just to be told “oh it goes off randomly sometimes” it was 7:30am…
If you want personalised service book my favourite manly family at waves. Which countries have a bath and staff 24/7 whom go above and beyond for our specialised needs! Manager Hari top bloke there's nothing he won't do for you. On first night there was no HOT WATER so my partner and myself had a COLD shower, dirty face washer found in bathroom on floor, heater did not work room was freezing cold, thin blanket on bed. Not to add you are charged $20 per day to park car for not secure parking, in spaces not wide enough for some vehicles... i would not recommend staying.
