On first night there was no HOT WATER so my partner and myself had a COLD shower, dirty face washer found in bathroom on floor, heater did not work room was freezing cold, thin blanket on bed. Not to add you are charged $20 per day to park car for not secure parking, in spaces not wide enough for some vehicles... i would not recommend staying.
Harry was a great help. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Our start in Australia didn't quite go to plan so in need of somewhere to stay we booked Manly Waves very last minute, we were welcomed with open arms and well looked after from the start, we ended up staying a week as our plans changed again but Roxy did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and at home. The room rate is $190, but there is no hair dryer provided. I contacted the service hotline and emailed the hotel management, but received no response. I also called Booking.com, but they could not provide an immediate solution and they even laughed at my situation. I was unable to sleep at 4 a.m. due to the wet hair and the cold.
