Wow! Wow! & Wow! I needed a new Dr after 40 years with Dr Mark Smith retiring. I was referred to here and could not beleive the massive difference in culture to the run down Manly Clinic in Clara St. The staff are happy, the staff clearly want to work there, they are attentive and friendly and nothing is a hassle. Changing Dr’s & Medical centres takes time but these guys are super professional. They answer their phones (quick), they respond to emails (quick) and make you feel valued. I was struck as a pedestrian by a speeding vehicle at 80km/h, I had one "fair" experience with Dr Soo An. I decided to transfer my pregnant wife's care to her, she has cancer. Dr Soo An then referred her to SW Metro Public Drug and Alcohol intake, costing me thousands, then declined my care based on the fact she is my wife; did not read the referral and clearly has nothing better to do with her time due to a lack of patients then re-do her old work and over analyze actions she's already taken and back out of medical decision... read more
The practice is run really well in my opinion. The people who work in reception are smart and run through all the admin side of things very well. It was so refreshing to see this after having such bad experiences in the past with the admin side of things (at a different practice).
1st time here and Dr Sue and nurses where amazing! Thanks legends! Oscar
