My family and I have been seeing Dr Pham for the last few years and often recommend him to other family/friends.
This is an excellent medical practice but my appointment today left me feeling like the doctor was disinterested and dismissive.
I use to love this practice as you got what you paid for, so efficient and always on time. Now, the prices have increased significantly yet their waiting times are horrendous. Last appointment I waited 45 minutes and then today over 35 minutes late - still waiting! It seems like now the prices have increased so has the waiting times.
Staff & doctors were all pleasant and helpful 🥹✨️ I feel very comfortable sharing my health concerns with my GP here. 💯
They are trying to charge me for an appointment I didn't make. And also charged me another time because I didn't make an appointment because I was having emergency surgery. Not paying. Very disappointed with they way they handle issues. Drs cost enough with out phantom appointments
