Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the necessary treatment to alleviate my discomfort. I'm quite dissatisfied with the service I received.

Just went in this morning to see Dr Katrina and her assistant Emily, and couldn’t have felt any more at ease throughout the whole process. They both exuded kindness, compassion, empathy and, above all, professionalism. I felt understood and appreciated, with them taking a genuine interest in the care of my teeth and general oral hygiene. Just wanted to say a 🫶🏻HUGE Thank you🫶🏻 from a very very nervous patient that does not like the “Drill” 😢 Lol Dentist Katrina and nurse Emily was so comforting after having a very nervous crown procedure which consists of an hour of drilling 😳😳 They both made me feel so comfortable and gave me breaks and kept making sure I was ok. 💓💓 The procedure was painless and a calming experience and they even showed me how the crown was made! 🦷 The new technology you have in this surgery is AMAZING!! 🙌🙌🙌 I will now be at e... read more
I've just finished a round of treatment including fillings, root canal and crown. I haven't been to a dentist in years since I was a kid going to the school dentists. Made an appointment with Dr. Chris and couldn't be happier. He gave me options and didn't try and push any procedure onto me. He was very open about what he was going to be doing but also made sure I was never caught short on anaesthetics.
