Took my sisters dog here for treatment after a really scary event, I was really worried but Jake talked me through the process and really helped me calm down. I will be taking all my animals here from now on. The staff really care about both the animals and customer experience.

Very incompetent and unsatisfactory experience. Vet couldn’t even palpate an enlarged prostate, 2 appts and a total of 4hrs waiting for a simple UTI diagnosis. Excessive billing for unnecessary procedures and medications. Management and the nursing staff are definitely NOT a united team. I’m a qualified vet nurse with 8yrs experience. I will never take a dog here again.
