Charles is an honest bloke. I had a Ryobi line trimmer and he told me upfront it’s 50/50 he can get them back up and running due to how cheap they are and parts are difficult to get. 1 week later had it working at a really great price! Cheers
Dropped off Mower to be fixed and when picked up was running much poorer than on dropped off.
Disingenuous and dangerously arrogant, I rang to ask for a new chord, I was requested to take the whole mower or starter assembly in. This business will attempt to charge you for their own disorganisation (See any post below thats not a relative to the staff). If you have any jobs, contact the cat that hangs around manly train station, it is more honest and reliable. Entirely possible there's better service almost anywhere else. There's a clear reason for so many one star reviews.
Great shop always helpful reasonable prices to.
Disappointed with the service, cost an extra $300 with no consultation, they did not call me to discuss. Update the second time i have used my mulcher i cannot get it to start....
