The dealership did not properly diagnose the vehicle. They even claimed they couldn’t check my rear brakes because they are drum brakes, but my car has 4 wheel disc brakes.
Advisor was really good and so was technician. Was frustrated when we went to pick up car and the person didn’t even bring up the issue that was stated in the video until I asked. Then we were asked if we wanted to leave car to be fixed. We should have been called before telling us to pick up car.
Still need to bring my car in so can’t say🤷♀️
