Went there to take the kids for a swim No lanes were open and the lady that served us said nothing about a swim lesson that was starting. Got the kids ready to swim and I saw her getting ready for a lesson asked about where my kids could swim she said the deep end which they are little kids. We left and asked for a refund. No care or compassion for no one bar them selfs
I love coming here for a swim when it's not too busy. However, today I went to use an empty lane for lap swimming and this women suddenly appeared beside me as I went to get in the water and said she was going to be using it for walking and doing a bit of swimming so I might want use a different lane. She was quite rude and clearly wanted the lane to herself. This spoilt it a bit for me, I'm a lap swimmer and stayed in the lane because I felt I had a right to be there too. Love my swims here great crew always happy
Very fun and practical venue for a kids birthday! The lifeguards were so kind, diligent and professional. They really took the stress off the parents and made it relaxed and fun (despite the rain and storm!). Thank you!!!
