Went there to take the kids for a swim No lanes were open and the lady that served us said nothing about a swim lesson that was starting. Got the kids ready to swim and I saw her getting ready for a lesson asked about where my kids could swim she said the deep end which they are little kids. We left and asked for a refund. No care or compassion for no one bar them selfs
I love coming here for a swim when it's not too busy. However, today I went to use an empty lane for lap swimming and this women suddenly appeared beside me as I went to get in the water and said she was going to be using it for walking and doing a bit of swimming so I might want use a different lane. She was quite rude and clearly wanted the lane to herself. This spoilt it a bit for me, I'm a lap swimmer and stayed in the lane because I felt I had a right to be there too.
