The first vehicle was delivered with a strong cigarette smoke smell, brake noise, very little gas, and it hadn't even been properly cleaned. We were told not to worry because it had been a busy day. We bought a used Hyundai IONIQ 5 today, and the sales team (Jaden and Cody) we worked with was awesome! I wasn’t planning to buy a car so quickly after my Chevy volt needed big repairs, but Jaden was helpful and patient, and we got a car we love quickly and painlessly!! I do not understand how they stay in business with the service they provide. Brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy, top of the line 6 passengers, room for me, my wife, dogs and grandkids , but wait a minute NO DOGS ALLOWED. Hyundai warranty, according to the service manager Dogs are not considered normal use.
