I wanted to love this place unfortunately, I feel I was not given the best of service. Took an expensive item due to some droplets in the dial. It was working when I dropped it. Upon pickup I was told it no longer worked, ok cool. I left to be fixed, and also mentioned to the woman it still seemed to be moist, and was told that It would all be taken care of. Great service.
Great watch repair shop. Went to have link removed and battery. Very professional, polite and quick. This store is 1/2 price of any other watch repair places in North Miami Dade county. Much cheaper than any other watch repair places- I know I have been to all the places-$20 dollars at the other close location. Spend the least amount of money and get great service
In my opinion, this is not a reputable business. Manley’s Jewelry and Watch Repair accepted possession of a custom-made 14-karat gold necklace for repair and failed to return the same item. A materially different necklace was substituted without authorization. The owner acknowledged the gold content and value at intake. I called to get a feel on a custom ring reset and felt such ineptitude that I would never trust my antique sapphire in there hands. I'd only use them for simple tasks like batteries and such.
