In my opinion, this is not a reputable business. Manley’s Jewelry and Watch Repair accepted possession of a custom-made 14-karat gold necklace for repair and failed to return the same item. A materially different necklace was substituted without authorization. The owner acknowledged the gold content and value at intake. I called to get a feel on a custom ring reset and felt such ineptitude that I would never trust my antique sapphire in there hands. I'd only use them for simple tasks like batteries and such.
Menley's Jewelry have good jewelry for a decent price and they give outstanding customer service. I Highly recommend everyone to go to Menley's Jewelry shop the price is right. @KINzPro.
