Rude people. Called the phone number for the Columbus headquarters office with a simply question for this Law Office regarding an auction for a property. Receptionist hung up on me. Called back and phone call kept getting hung up on. Tried every single possible extension and every avenue led to being hung up on or forwarded to a voicemail box.
