Been a client for many years. When Dr John had the clinic, he not only treated his patients with care and compassion, but also his employees. Dr Joel may have good customer service skills and a great vet, but truly lacks the ability to treat his staff in a professional manner. I personally have not only seen him talk down at his employees, but have over heard him (outside of work) talk very negatively about his employees and their personal appearance.
