The main complaint would be with communication during the whole process and the fact that the car was in for the whole week and we had no access to a loaner vehicle. The only thing I can compare to is Luther Honda (where we have our Pilot serviced). From the time we drive in there until we leave, we feel valued and appreciated. They had a loaner vehicle for us to use for 5 days with our last repair. We understand that timelines for repair are suspect to deliveries and other factors. I was able to get my vehicle into the service department to check the oil usage and low tire pressure alarm . They were extremely helpful and provided me a shuttle to and from work.
Very efficient appointment; they did an excellent job with communication and ultimately getting the car fixed! Very happy with the service.
