Great Staff and the doctors are very good at what they do! As on 7/30/2026 they now make you wait in the room for 30 minutes. It’s a new check in process.. Seriously? They told me it gives the nurses more time to check you in, it took 3 minutes to check me in when I got here at 0830, I went out at 0902 and and was told about the new check in process. It’s now 0913 and I’m still waiting. 43 minutes of waiting now. There was 3 people in the whole clinic when I got here at 0810 So I’m here for sleep, I told the doctor what work... read more
I'm so glad they have this location. It prevents trips to Minneapolis for lab, X-rays, and general provider visits.
I thought I'd be doing myself a favor switching from the St. Cloud facility to Mankato and save myself 80 miles per visit one way. I was wrong... I don't relish giving negative reviews but in the case concerning my "Care Team" at the Mankato Facility they have earned it, I'm being generous giving two stars~ Everything is in Myhealthevet concerning my complaint - which reminds me - I'm going to take screen shots in case the emails are conveniently deleted. The receptionists in Mankato are nice though...lol
