We've done business with Al since 2005 when our new mobile home was first being set up . In 2010 our house had to be moved to another lot due to a new road being built. Al was there to get everything set up c and checked back with us in the following weeks In winter of 2013 our pipes froze. We called him in the evening and he was out early the next morning and under the house. The person who runs this business is named Al Richter and he does Horrible work and is one of the most horrible landlords in mankato, mn and i would never recoomend someone to rent from him or to hire him for repairs on anything. This man is a lousy good for nothing landlord who will only take advantage of you and your money. I rented a mobile home from him for 3 years and he would never fix anything.
