Dr. Brian Williams, who works in pediatrics at Wickersham location is rude, harsh, and has a very ugly bedside manner. We had the unfortunate experience of meeting him while my daughters primary doctor was out. Next time we will go to urgent care or wait for her primary doctor to return instead of ever seeing him again!
I was at Urgent Care on Sunday for bad pain in my leg. They saw how much pain I was in and brought me back right away. I asked for water and I got it with ice! Everyone was so nice.
The doctors sent my husband back t work after not fixing his illness and expecting him to be just fine and dandy. Practically told him to stop whining and just go back. They barely listened to him and acted like he was lying. NEVER go to Deb Schilling or Gary Goldberg. Absolute DISCRACE!
I was under the care of Karen Hansen for an urgent care visit, in which I was simply requesting a medication refill. After the visit, I looked at my patient records and saw that she had documented she had given me a full physical exam, complete with detailed information about my physical state. This was fraudulent, as she did not perform a physical on me and only spoke with me for several minutes about the medication I required a refill for.
