I wouldn't even rate this place. I was sent to pain management by my primary and neurosurgeon and was told unless I am willing to go against my neuro and get either injections or a spinalcord stimulator done. That is the only things he is willing to do even though neuro said he DIDN'T want that because of the chance of infection and also because I have issues with roid rage with steroids. My sister and I come here seeking help for her and the person did not want to listen, want to argue and send my sister home in pain and have zero care in the world and even the nurse she was rude as hell
Worst experience EVER. My primary sent me there so they could handle the prescriptions for my fibro flares. I had injections and then while in flares was told to go back to my primary just to get yo yoed back and forth and then my primary refused to see me anymore for fibromyalgia.
I had just moved to Minnesota and had finally found this provider to manage my baclophen pump. My pump was alarming the first time I visited for a refill of baclophen. This provider took advantage of my less Than cognitive condition to trick me into signing an agreement which would lead to them turning my baclophen pump down over time until it was at an extremely low rate, at which point, they plan to eliminate all baclophen and replace it with saline.
