Don't trust him. He is apprentice, will mess up with your heating/ cooling system and will never pick your phone up once he is paid. If you call him from a different number, he will nicely talk in the hope that it's a new fish to trap, but as soon as he knows that the caller is from the list of his already cheated customers, he will hang-up the call and will block that number too.
