I had been having problems getting my mom’s prescription refilled (Amelia Duarte). I had been trying for at least 3 weeks. Dr. Anna’s nurse Jazvel went over and beyond to help me get this resolved. I was able to pick up 2 weeks of medication until the RX arrives in the mail. She also called me to give me an update on the status of the refill. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am! Thank you for caring so much about your patients! It’s nurses such as yourself that make the difference!!
Staff and Dr are extremely nice and welcoming, was nervous due to not sure what to expect but they made my visit so much better
You asked me to comment. I wasn't going to. But since you insist: I was never going to go back . I am a senior. You said I wasn't worth your time or money because of my infrequent visits. You talked down to me as if I was a bad child and said it with a smirk. You said and refilled only a 30 day supply of my heart medicine to punish me knowing your tests could not be scheduled in less than 6O days. Your clan may accept this treatment and lack of concern and money comments but I will not .
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Anna took time to answer my questions and put together a plan.
She's a wonderful doctor. I recommend her if you need a Cardiologist
