Why isn’t there an option to give 0 stars. Front desk is the worst. I will raise this to Dr in my next visit. They are putting the calls on infinite hold or not evening answering. And, they are not maintaining patient phone numbers properly and collecting results from labs and what not!!. I already see very less crowd. Slowly, it will be even lesser. The doctor is very good though!
Dr.Ben ( as he is typically addressed) is a rare species in the run of the mill , load the meds types of doctors you find these days, he spends lots of time understanding the patient lifestyle, conditions and pushes them to a holistic way of resolving the underlying conditions. Given his popularity it may not be easy to get an appointment though.
Dr. Ben is an AMAZING physician and person! He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients! He isn’t like other doctors that I’ve seen that are in and out of your room within minutes. He’s patient and thoroughly explains everything to you! I’m so grateful to have him as my primary physician!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
He has been my primary for many years I live in ocala now and drive almost a hundred miles for office visit would not consider going anywhere else . HE CARES
