After going there for 1.5 years for laser hair removal which was fine, two weeks ago I did a nano fractional radio frequency treatment on my face there because I trusted them. I am left scarred when I was told there would only be a few days of downtime and no chance of discolouration because the machine is “colourblind” I am so horrified and now need to spend months recovering this post inflammatory hyperpigmentation with a dermatologist, I can’t even imagine the possibility that this could be permanent.
