The staff... excellent whenever I've been in. Very caring. The price changes since they changed hands though are being reported everywhere. Makes you wonder why, when it was an already highly profitable practice before it sold. Shame the next closest vet is 100km away, as they are driving people away for routine, repeat business.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic today. I had a confirmed appointment at 2:00 p.m., yet the receptionist (I am hopping that she is just a receptionist and not handling any pet or touching them thus she is obviously hates them) made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Ok Vet Clinic , Over priced as they have the monopoly on the town of Manjimup and Bridgetown. They make the most of it. Haven't had any bad experiences with them just the over charging. They will Not write scripts so you can source cheaper drugs for your pet's which makes you buy their over priced drug's. Also lying about how often certain drug need to be administer . They are saying Monthly where when you research it the info says 3-6-12 month pending on the pain lvls of the animal .
