Took 6 weeks to respond to FOI request. Did nothing. It's illegal to withhold the patient's own records. Reported to Ombudsman.
Wonderful Staff however they are struggling with a lack of GPs. The govt needs to put rural healthcare as a higher priority
Reception staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Dr's are trying their best to stick to schedule. Dr Davies is a kind and gentle Doctor, and the wait is not too long. The nurses are just such comforting and reassuring ladies, and I hope they never leave.... thank you for all the care you give to our town.
Not willing to transfer my records over to a new practice in a different town, and think that sending an invoice for a transfer to my address is the way to reach a client, giving they have my claim number on file, phone number and email address. This is a first time I'm coming across such unprofessional behaviour, for such a traumatic injury I have. I've been seen by my new doctor couple of times now without any recollection of the severity of the injuries.
