Wonderful Staff however they are struggling with a lack of GPs. The govt needs to put rural healthcare as a higher priority
Reception staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Dr's are trying their best to stick to schedule. Dr Davies is a kind and gentle Doctor, and the wait is not too long. The nurses are just such comforting and reassuring ladies, and I hope they never leave.... thank you for all the care you give to our town.
Not willing to transfer my records over to a new practice in a different town, and think that sending an invoice for a transfer to my address is the way to reach a client, giving they have my claim number on file, phone number and email address. This is a first time I'm coming across such unprofessional behaviour, for such a traumatic injury I have. I've been seen by my new doctor couple of times now without any recollection of the severity of the injuries.
Extremely poor service, very rude front staff, clueless owners Reply to your reply... There was no mention of later in the week, complete lies. Maybe having a few appointments available each day for walk ins or urgent needs would be great, but no you are just money hungry...No genuine community care. Was told just go to hospital haha like I said poor practice poor ownership
