I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a clinic and it ultimately was claimed as not the staff’s fault, but their corporate overhead. My cat recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism..So far my experience hasn't been great..never really informed of all the complications of the disorder or not to touch the medication because it can be absorbed thru your skin..Anyway the pills were $30.more here than at my pharmacy ..I made an appointment for a recheck and found out Dr Singh wasn't in when I arrived very disappointing needed to talk to him so had his T4 blood work done anyway..cost at this vet was $81.00 more than at other local vets...today my cat hasn't eate... read more
I brought my two cats to have a wellness check and vaccinations. This hospital took care of my babies! I love my boys Dan and king and would be bringing them back in the near future. The front desk greeted us with smiles and open arms. The patients were nice and so was the doctor. He told me exactly what I needed for Dan as far as his diet. And the nurse who gave them shots was very kind with both cats. Thank you everyone for a great day at the vet.
So friendly and they took care of my kitty’s laceration immediately. I found a new vet!
New to the neighborhood and was looking for a new groomer for our little Maltipoo, upon walking in out of the 5 people at the desk and 1 person mopping, not 1 person acknowledged us , its due to 2 reasons one I won't mention here, 2nd possible just rude staff who thinks it's cute to not say hello when someone walks in your building. its disappointing when young staff thinks it's cute to ignore people.
