WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER FUR BABY HERE AGAIN. I had 2 puppies that caught parvo and were seen by this place one day they charged us for medication THEN TOLD US NOT TO USE IT, and told to return the next day at 2:30 THEN they push it back to 2:45, we arrive early and inform them we are outside for their treatment they proceed to tell us NOW they cant work on them AS A " ANIMAL HOSPITAL" NOT A VET. The vet wasn’t friendly to me or my pet, wasn’t helpful getting him out of the carrier and when they took blood they soaked his whole chest in alcohol. The smell was awful for me so I can’t imagine how much worse it was for him. The vet kept calling my cat a she- he’s a he. I corrected her twice before she switched pronouns. Never called him by name. THEN- They charged me over $400 for bloodwork, urine and poop testing but didn’t get the urine or poop sample. I never walk in and feel welcome for one, two they are way over priced! Go somewhere without a corporate markup! The Dr is friendly but that doesn't make up for anything. Go elsewhere! Update: Angel wanted $1,000 and I ended up getting it taken care of the same exact day for $230! Crazy ridiculous prices. I love my pets and will do anything necessary but I won't get swindled in the process. Get a second opinion!
Amazing staff and amazing Doctor! Have been a client with Dr. Singh for many years.... I will never go anywhere else!!
Do not come here! This clinic is owned by private equity and ever since buying this practice, prices have gotten expensive for lower quality service. While Dr. Singh is great, the corporate entity that owns this clinic is terrible. Support your locally owned-independently operated clinics! STAY AWAY!
