Dr. Hussain is an excellent doctor who is straightforward, honest, and clear about what matters and what doesn’t. I’ve always been satisfied with the medical care itself. The front desk staff is very good and attentive. The reason I won’t be returning is due to recent changes in billing practices. A routine 15-minute annual physical for both me and my 24-year-old son was coded as a moderate-complexity visit. I love DR Shalil she’s a great and her office team too But their billing department is very rude and very aggressive towards balance even tho insurance is still paying I literally just received the most nasty letter from their billing department
