Bought a brand new machine for a customer. There was a couple minor scratches and dents after pulling off protective film. Hooked machine up and compressor, water pump, and ice thickness probe is faulty. They want to pay me a portion of a labor rate to fix and are not standing by their equipment. My customer wants a new machine and im on there side. New machine out of box damaged should not go on the contractor.
