I am a visitor to the island, and unexpectedly had to take my kid here to Emergency at night to get her checked out. This is the most efficient emergency room experience I’ve ever had. I’m from a larger community that has excellent health care workers and facilities, but being seen and done in under 90 minutes in a smaller community hospital was a refreshing change from my usual emergency room experience! The triage nurse, ER nurse and the young doctor was saw were friendly and caring toward my daughter.

Brought our little guy in and was met by Dr. Nelson he was so pleasant and kind. He was so good with our Son

Every single time I or a family member go here, we always wait HOURS for somebody to see us, every time - even regarding an infant child! So I’m confused as to how my experiences with this hospital differs SO drastically with these other reviews. We’ve been here probably at least 10 separate occasions throughout the course of 10 years while we travel in and out of the island. A few times even, after hours of waiting, we had to LEAVE THIS HOSPITAL to find care ELSEWHERE, not kidding. So how? Really makes you wonder……… End of ... read more
