The rooms are not sound proof be prepared to hear your neighbours every bodily function from hacking up a lung to toilet trumpets and annoying TV ! They boast new mattresses but ours was old with an unsecured duvet as a topper, not comfortable to sleep on. The meal at the restaurant I ordered was prime rib it was tough and should never been served. The pool needs major updates. The mats are the worst to walk on and there is sand grit everywhere!

The cafe at the pool, absolutely amazing! Views are ok. They try to accommodate as much as possible which is a plus. Lots of overly priced items but used to it by now. Restaurant is very fancy and food was amazing! Had bugs in the room (which there never should be) and when we called they said, oh ya that’s the season so there’s nothing we can do about it. Didn’t even offer a new room, cleaning, or discount. Place could really use a bunch of updates and renovations to help with accommodating their guests.

Very disappointing experience at the front desk. The east indian girl receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming, acting like guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason the hotel exists. In hospitality, a friendly attitude is the bare minimum, but clearly that was missing here. If this is the first impression your guests get, management seriously needs to rethink who they have representing the hotel.
