We are an independent repair facility and ordered replacement parts for a client of ours through Moss Marina who serves as our area’s local Manitou dealer. These parts were ordered in the beginning of July and it is now December we’re still getting the run around about the facility being closed in August for inventory. The door and bow panel are made but still setting up the paint booth, etc..
My mom used to work there and they fired her because she couldn’t do 2 full time jobs at once and one she didn’t really know how to do they are fake and they fired 3 men for no reason all they were doing was standing around on their break
Manitou pontoons have the worst customer service I ever had with any product. I damaged my 2017 Manitou pontoon in the fall of 2019. The damage was caused by a fence post in a canal sticking out of the bushes, which I did not see. My fault. I worked with a local Manitou dealer where I purchased the boat to have the starboard side and corner replaced. Manitou sent the wrong parts twice over a three-year period. Bought a brand new Manitou 22’ Max Bench this spring from American Marine in Shawano WI. With only 5 hours on it has been at the dealer for over a month. First with an exhaust water fault error, now with drive actuator out. Some Manitou boats may be ok but DO NOT BUY ONE WITH THE ROTAX ENGINE!!! Search the Facebook Manitou group for other experiences before you buy. Neither Manitou nor the dealer have any sense of urgency to get the boat back on the water.
Fun boat but the dealership we bought it from is no longer a manitou dealer, now I have to pull it 8 hrs to the closest dealer for warranty work would never have purchased if I would have had any idea this bullshit could happen
