Mark built our home in 2019-2020. We met Mark in 2018 after he walked our property in January when it was about 5 degrees out with 2’ of snow on the ground. He explained that it was important to understand the property to make sure our home ideas worked with the land. That was impressive! Mark custom built our new home which is not only beautifully built but is energy efficient and state of the art. The finishes are superb and the custom details are stunning. We would highly recommend him.
Mark Dulac and his staff could not have been more professional. They made our home building experience such a pleasure!! Mark was and is very responsive to our questions, phone calls, and emails. This was our first time building a new home since we purchased our previous home 43 years ago. If we could give them ten stars we would!!!
We have been so fortunate to find Manitou Contracting. Mark and his crew really know their stuff and go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The quality of the work is excellent from working with our design requirements to budget and finishes. Mark made it look easy to build an aging in place home. Don't plan to use anybody else for future projects!
We used Mark to build a large, complex custom home and we were completely pleased with the outcome. We not only appreciated his expertise but we were particularly happy about his ability to communicate with us because we were 2000 miles away during the process. He was "hands-on" and closely involved with every step of the project. When we talked to suppliers and subcontractors around town and told them that we were working with Mark, they unanimously said, "What a wonderful guy." We couldn't agree more!
