Average hotel staff was cool thou but nothing special about this hotel it's a good 3star hotel clean rooms but they need to to fix the hot water cold water face plate it's reversed so hot is cold cold is hot
New management supports Kings. If you believe this country should have no King, do not patronize this hotel
Don’t stay here. I never leave reviews, but couldn’t let this one go. We walked into rooms which were absolutely nothing like the photos from the website. Stained mattresses on the floor, stained bedding, no other furniture except for one table, and smelled of cigarette smoke. This was not acceptable. The staff told me she was sorry that the rooms were not up to my standards, but refused a refund. We eventually negotiated a partial refund, after a lot of stress. Staff was very friendly. The room is plain but clean and no smells.
