Don't stay on bottom floor Room suxs TV suxs shower was broken lobby isn't even open to get coffee until 10am
Unfortunately our stay was quite disappointing. First of all, our main reason for booking this hotel was that they had a pool, during our stay it was in the 90s the entire time and the pool ended up being closed the whole time we stayed with no warning of that via their website. Next up, the rooms were nothing like pictured on their website. The photos online showed a smaller and very basic room but they all looked clean and decent. We arrive and our room was very run down. La alfombra estaba pegajosa, la puerta del baño tenia un golpe grande, la television no tenia canales, tuve que pedir el control remoto. Creo tienen nueva administracion, ojala que mejoren el lugar.
Very well located hotel, it is under new management recently and the staff we have encountered was very friendly and helpful with requests and questions. This hotel is making improvements at this time and will sure be even better in the next couple of weeks / months! The pool area is unfortunately closed at this time but will be a fun addition once it is restores and open again!
