It was extremely nice place very friendly staff close to garden of the gods. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great little spot in the historic Manitou town. Quite and clean. Had a great stay for a reasonable price.
Tiquan and Johnny were so helpful and kind. Felt very welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfy. Will come again, definitely recommend.
Run from this hotel. Do not stay here. Not only was I overcharged but my credit card company told me they put a recurring charge of 122.06 every month. I called the hotel and was told they couldn't do anything and to call the owner. Naturally he did not answer his phone. Also the room was dirty. We went to dollar tree got cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. We did have to ask to use their vacuum cleaner to get dirt and dog hair off the area rug.
