Excellent customer service. I was initially disappointed with my mani due to uneven lines and wrinkling from the fan, but they redid it and upgraded me to gel at no extra cost. Tiffany is fabulous!
Just went there today for a simply mani. Technician used a base coat, top coat, and two colored coats, but never let it dry in between. She put me on the seated fan table after all was applied and the paint is wrinkled. When asked about it at check out, the cashier said it will go away with time and it’s from the fan. Top coat also was not applied as evenly as the first coat and there are lines. Super disappointed.
I’ve been going to Tiffany for my nails, and she consistently provides exceptional service. She is incredibly skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented, which I really appreciate. Tiffany is amazing! Very sweet and detailed. The location is very clean and the workers are very friendly
Came in with my 2 daughters today for “pamper me” pedicures with regular polish. One nail tech did an excellent job, the second did gel polish for a $20 up charge on my youngest without asking, the 3rd flooded every cuticle with polish and gave the most aggressive, repetitive shin massage without doing anything else. Overall I think if you got the right person you’d be fine but if not it was pretty terrible.
