Vehicle has been out of the shop for a month, Shell still hasn't heard from MPI's subrogation adjuster. So, I'm still waiting to get reimbursed. How long does it take to email, fax or mail something¿ I know mail can travel across the country in 5 days, so even then what takes 3 weeks to get your shit in order¿? Tried contact the subrogation adjuster and he can't return a call or email, but a 3rd party insurance from another province can contact me with 24hrs? Pretty sad as I don't pay them.
Accidentally missed 1 insurance payment while on vacation after 22 years of perfect record and now they're denying me long term payment options and they made it difficult to fix the situation.
