Updated the review after MPI thrived to resolve the issue. Thank you. ------------ This bad review could have been avoided. - MPI told me that I can drive with the current registration/insurance for 3 months outside MB, but it turns out to be just 30 days and they said I'm now in breach and no longer covered. - I clearly stated to the agent that I'm moving to another province, and the same agent didn't even suggest offering me to request a Driver Abstract which turned out to be required by the other province. - The worst par... read more
Unfortunately they have a monopoly on MB. They are terrible to deal with. Really bad customer service.
Very dysfunctional with vehicle incidents. It's been almost 2 weeks and 2 different locations have been going back and forth with the hit and run my vehicle was in while I was away and the vehicle was off. Pictures and descriptions weren't sent. Police report done, MPI done and they still are looking at contacting me at a later date. The first adjustor who saw my vehicle told me the damage value but this lady on the phone today was like huh what where's that? It's in Winnipeg, MB.
