I am writing to make a formal complaint about the service I received from an MPI front desk employee named Bruce at the Donald Street / Cityplace MPI office in Winnipeg. I am concerned about how Bruce treated me and other new immigrants, especially people who do not speak English fluently and Black people. I have personally observed this more than three times.
