I recently visited MPI for my registration and driver’s license, and Bruce was extremely helpful, friendly, and proactive throughout the process. He made everything smooth and easy to understand. Really appreciate the great service!
Wasted multiple visits here just to be given wrong information. First they rejected valid documents, then made up a “1-year rule” for license exchange that doesn’t even exist. The staff at the Cityplace location was literally calling a superior to confirm—and even the superior gave wrong information, LOL Went to Manitoba Public Insurance Main Street location and got everything done smoothly in one visit—no issues, no confusion. Usually a terrible experience, rude staff, bad website design, hours of availability are ridiculous, i dont know if every branch is like this but I highly recommend staying away from this branch.
I wish I got the name of the guy who helped me, he’s the gentleman that works at the first desk you go to when you first walk in. Super helpful guy, very quick, patient, professional, and answered all my questions perfectly. Best experience I’ve had at an MPI!
