No one ever answers the order desk and the delivery time used to be 3 days and now they say two weeks. My last order was completely screwed up where by they sent twice the amount ordered for some products and none of one product needed the most. Last order again with the two week wait and when I phoned several times and finally got a live person he said he would call back about the status of my order. He never did and so I called several times again and when I finally got another live person she told me they did not have any... read more
They never pick up the phone or call you back when you leave a message its frustrating especially when you have no more products left what a horrible service.
