Would give a zero if I could. Major property damage 7 months ago. My current insurance writer is incredibly arrogant, slow, will not answer specific questions and numerous times advised I get legal counsel. 1 of the 2 individuals in customer Advocacy group only spoke to me as I asked to speak with the president Allan Danroth. At around 2:00 AM, our family noticed a very strong, unusual chemical-like burning smell coming from outside our home in the neighborhood. It was not coming from inside the house, but it became quite intense outdoors and even started drifting in. Concerned for safety, we contacted Manitoba Hydro to report the situation. They responded promptly and sent an emergency service officer to inspect the area, even during the night.
