BEWARE 😱 MB HYDRO My recent experience. Incredibly obnoxious customer service IMO. My previous 12 months I have an average hydro bill of $35. I live in a ~600 square foot apartment. Ok, so, my last hydro bill was $129. Wow. Must be an error of course. So I contacted hydro. The gentleman on my call was actually great. He said all the usual 'hydro/ speak' etc. I got that tried and true response that 'oh, your previous month was estimated. LOL! The bill could've been $500 and the same response would be offered.
