Worst government office I have ever visited. Went to get my health card renewed after my status changed in May and on July 31st , today. Called them multiple times to see where my card status is but the lines just go dead or no one ever picks up the call. I went in to the Carlton street office today and waited two hours in queue just to be told that they can’t do anything and my card is still expired. this is the worst government office as they dont care for the client and dont do their job properly, worst service of all! the agent I talk to hang up on me and rude and didnt even try to help me get the information. That Matthew Tice who is the supervisor dont know how to do his job and manage his staff to teach them work ethics, might even tolerate that behavior to hang up on client.
It's 8:405am on a Tuesday morning. I tried calling for a new replacement card for me and my adult son but the line goes dead after l press 1 for English. I keep trying over and over. I'm complaining to the Minister of Health about this. I'll be a pensioner next year and my son has Autism Spectrum Disorder
