Absolutely terrible work organization. We submitted our insurance renewal documents in person at the office. Two months later, it turned out they'd simply lost our package of documents with all our personal information and couldn't, or rather, didn't want to, help. Their response: "Resubmit through the website." Update: We were able to find the documents and get our coverage back. But now we still have to wait for new deadlines for the health card.
Edit: finally got through on the phone on a Monday evening just before closing. Thankfully the lady on the line was actually very helpful and I got the information I needed and resent our cards in the mail. Trying to replace my mb health card for me and my kids after losing my wallet and it has been a nightmare. 5 months ago I applied online. Nothing. No follow up. Nothing in the mail. I called the Health Card representative for assistance, but the experience was very disappointing. The representative spoke very softly, and I had difficulty hearing him. When I politely informed him that his voice was not audible, he became rude, raised his voice, and started shouting at me. Before I could clarify my concern or ask further questions, he disconnected the call. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful.
They said after 2week my health card is on my mail but im still waiting its 5weeks now
