Slow to process health card updates and employees seem to be just as confused as I am. Call wait times are long and poor service.

There is a typo on my new plastic card. unable to correct online. Impossible to reach anyone on the rather unusual phone directory and when finally able to get to the right extension, asked to call later and later asked again to call later. Is there a way??
Office claims to close at 4:30 PM, but stops accepting people by 3 ：10 PM due to “capacity limits.” A large group of us were turned away with no warning. Extremely poor service and terrible organization for a public health office
