They are very nice and helpful.
I have a PHSP Private Health Services Plan that is provided through my corporation as a small business. This should absolutely be a no brainer for them to process every claim as they get a 4% cut of this. Manitoba Blue Cross insists on continually denying every claim I make through my PHSP, which then requires me to write a letter and call them, then I get paid out. This happens without fail for every single claim. They need better training and education.
