MACFE is such a supportive environment. I was made to feel safe, confident with them and my doula, Katie. Katie was a true godsend. From pregnancy to post partum she was present and reassuring. Not only did she arm me with a ton of information but also confidence. During post partum when there are so many questions as to is this normal, am I doing this right, is my baby ok… etc she was quick to answer, fast to help and gave me the space to have a rest without feeling guilty. Katie is the best! My family and I absolutely love her and stay in touch to this day. We are so glad Katie was able to support us with our child’s birth. Everyone should strongly consider MACFE for their pregnancy journey.
We just delivered our son on 04/Feb/2026. As a LDR nurse I didnt think there was much a duala could teach me about peripartumn, though i valued thier additional hands on support for clients. I thought id be fine and more comfortable with a family member or friends. However I was so wrong! Karina, was AMAZING she adjusted all her support for me and my husband. I cannot say enough good things about MACFE, and especially about my doula, Lorraine. From pregnancy through the birth of my twin girls, the support I received was truly incredible. Lorraine was calm, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate throughout my entire pregnancy. She made me feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
