Founded in 1947, we are a TIA-certified tire dealership that has remained locally owned through the years. Nate Miller began working at Manistee Tire Service in 1996 and took over ownership in 2006. Under his leadership, we have continued our tradition of excellent customer service.

Long time Resident It's too bad "Paul B." doesnt know what he's talking about. Manistee Tire Service is the greatest tire shop this side of Michigan! Kudos to Nate Miller and his crew at Manistee Tire.
Customer I have gotten two sets of tires from Manistee Tire a couple of years ago. The prices were fair but we have since found a shop that services all of our vehicles and can take care of more of our needs and their tire prices are much better. Nice people and they do nice work but we've been getting a better deal elsewhere.
reply to paul b of course you can buy your own parts and do the repairs yourself and be cheaper than an auto repair shop. are you retarded? it's people like you who give others the idea that businesses are ripoffs. i bet you dont complain about the price of your scrambled eggs and ham at a restaurant, and then say they are ripping you off because you could make them at home for cheaper. moron.
Manistee Tire I do not like to give out one star ratings but these guys deserve one. They try to rip off unsuspecting customers by charging ridiculous rates. I went and got my vehicle inspected and they told me it would cost $300 to get fixed. I ended up doing it myself for a little over $60. Stay away. PROS: None CONS: Try to rip people off
Professional yet down to earth Got a same day appointment, fast service (in and out with 4 new tires and an inspected front end in less than an hour) and not only was there NO sales pressure, they saved me the cost of a front end alignment that wasn't needed (issues were caused by bad tires) .. a great local company!
25 Year Customer I have been doing business with Manistee Tire for around 25 years now. In that time, there have been 3 owners. They have ALL been great and consistently exceed my expectations. Great service. Fair prices. I am getting new tires next week and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them.
