The person plowing snow piled five feet of snow directly in front of our unit, so we cannot access our unit. I called the property manager and he told me our lease says we are responsible for shoveling in front of our unit door. He offered to send me a copy of the lease. They will not remove the mountain of snow piled in front of our unit. We can’t access the storage unit we pay for until the snow melts. I have never heard of anything so stupid! I regret paying before looking first. No need for a gate code. It’s always open. Whoever plows, shouldn’t. The snow could’ve been pushed back further and I had to dig out my unit. The unit is NOT 5x10. I measured
