Manistee health and fitness I enjoy the staff who is friendly and helpful. Cybex fitness equipment is featured here as well as other exercise equipment. A wonderful array of free weights are available. Locker rooms are also available with showers.

It's decent. I'd like to see more comprehensive machines that target more than one area of the body. For example, instead of cumbersome ropes for upper body and a little core, get a a sled weight trainer that targets all of that plus glutes and legs.
