Such a bad experience. This was the first time we came here to get our diamond ring repaired. They told us the repair would cost $100 and asked us to pick it up on Tuesday evening. When we called, they first told us to come at 6:00 PM, and after another call they changed it to 7:30 PM. We live very far from their shop, so it is not possible for us to keep making repeated trips. We recently purchased few ornaments here and enjoyed the experience . The store staff was friendly and attentive , they had a wide variety of items and our buying experience was very intimate as this is a family business and they care for every customer .
