Dr. Manish Jain, MD and his team of professionals were very expeditious in getting me an appointment. Dr. Jain listened to my concerns, and discussed options for my care. After concluding the consultation I had a sense of calm that we had a plan of care going forward.
He was nice and listened to me and what I had to say, made me a appointment and that was about it. I'm still not s fan of the virtual appointments, they're a huge waste of time in my book. I've not had one yet that solved anything, and I always have to make a in person appointment afterwards. I truly wish there was a way to opt out of them
Wore a monitor, was told I needed a follow up in one month. Can't get a follow up or my monitor results, can't get a message to the doctor, just the nurse. Been trying for over 2 weeks to schedule a follow up, last time I was told a nurse would call me within 24-48 hours and it's been 5 days, no call or message. Can't even get a reply on increasing symptoms. I feel as I've just been written off.
