Got in right away. Polite and compassionate. Does very good job!!Would recommend him
Always pleasant and thorough. Takes time to listen. Have had moles removed with no complications. Staff is polite. I would definitely recommend doctor and his clinic. Not treated like a number.
Dr.Kumar is very professional and knowledgeable. He is easy to work with. He has a professional staff.
Made an appointment then cancelled it due to the fact I got in earlier somewhere else. Then got a bill for a missed appointment then called and they refused to take it off my bill. This place is a joke.
Dr. Manish Kumar did not spend more than 5 minutes in the room with me after I waited for 55 minutes to get in. I felt like he just wanted to move on to the next patient and make his next dollar. He provided less than average care & service. I will not be returning and will not refer him to any friend or family member.
My daughter has seen Dr. Kumar in the past and he is very competent. However in this day it is no longer socially acceptable or professional to expect patients to wait for an hour beyond appointment time. I took off time to see him (and subsequently lost income), yet he can spend an hour seeing patients and make income while the clock ticks away. His office called at least twice to confirm that I made it on time. I left work speeding to make it there. They were not late in taking my co-pay.
I visited Dr. Kumar's office yesterday and found his staff to be delightful. He was a kind caring Doctor with the ability to treat my problem in a efficient manner right on the spot. I would recommend him highly.
Staff is aweful! Never in my life have I encountered such rude behavior! They are annoyed by just about anything. They also send you to collections before giving your insurance a chance to kick in...run away!!
Dr. Kumar treated a number of lesions without showing me what needed to be treated and explaining the need. It seemed excessive to me.
