I hired and paid 2 retainer fees- he has now disappeared. His phone is turned off. He has not been at the office space he was at for months. I found a secondary phone number for him thru a deep google dive and it goes directly to VM with him answering the VM message. He has not responded to dozens of messages or emails. He disappeared... My business and family really thought he was going to help. No response from Mark...
Completely unprofessional! I was deeply disappointed with the attorney-client relationship I experienced. I retained legal services for the expansion of my business and was insulted with basic instruction on business formation. I have owned and operated a successful business in South Carolina for over 10 years. He caused delays among my business team and undermined business growth. He will take your money, exploit your compassion, then disappear, leaving you high and dry.
This attorney takes your retainer fee then disappears, claiming he has medical issues but doesn’t recuse himself, return fees or explain himself in anyway. Several people apparently like myself are in the process of reporting him.
This experience has hands down been the worst! Mark took my retainer and disappeared for weeks. Did not reply to numerous phone calls, emails & texts for weeks. He then claimed to have a medical emergency but not to worry, I am back on the case only to have him disappear again this time claiming he was assaulted and then he blocked my phone number.
