I had forgotten all about my appointment last week until I got the survey call today. I was so disappointed and upset. I arrived on time and the practitioner was more than an hour behind schedule. Due to the time and the distance I live from the clinic I had to leave without being treated. I never experienced that in the past when I was seeing Dr.Medina before I left and came back.

Terribly frustrating, first two visits they were fairly on-time, the third visit they were almost an hour late, and my current visit had them so late that I finally had to leave because I could wait no longer (already almost an hour late and still no doctor). Will not be returning here as these appts are squeezed into work day hours and I cannot depend on the timeliness of the appts anymore. Would only suggest this office for someone who has all the time in the world to wait for the doctor to show up.

Dr. Fung is amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled with excellent bedside manner. Appointment times don’t always start on time, but I’m ok with that because he never rushes through your time and is very thorough. I have hEDS and his therapy helps tremendously. I also take my kids to see him for bodywork for tongue tie release and palate expansion. I wish we had found him sooner!
