I was admitted to the hospital with bleeding internally and was told Dr. Guram would be there to see me that day. I was told that at about 9:00 am and i waited until 6:30 pm and I never heard anything from him or his staff. I asked numerous times and was told that they could not get a hold of him and did not know when he would be there. He never returned the calls from the nurses. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

As for staff they were great.. Dr Duram was not. I was hospitalized for almost a week with colitis. My pcp wanted a colonoscopy and referred my here. Went in the first time and seen the nurse practitioner. She was really nice. Yesterday I had another visit with Dr Duram. The only thing he listened to was I had a tiny piece of pork chop and went off saying it was my fault. Told me I was doing this to my own body because I had been throwing up for days before the visit and could not hold down anything. Please tell me how you c... read more

I am impressed at how efficient Dr. M. GARUM'S office works. My consultation appointment was very smooth and professional.
