IF YOU ARE A VETERAN DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. I TOLD THEM DO NOT SEND ME FOR ANY TEST THAT IS NOT PREAPPROVED BY VA. AFTER TELLING THEM THIS, I RECEIVED A BILL FOR 200 DOLLARS. I TALKED TO THEM AND THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE EVERYTIME I HAVE TRIED TO DEAL WITH THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERKS ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO SKILLS. Good doctor, but…..Long wait to see the Doctor every time. Too long. Frustratingly long wait in the lobby for a simple follow up. Not cool.
This office is very clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly. My first visit I was thinking that Dr. Guram was going to be just like every other doctor who just overlooked my symptoms and kept going. The moment he walked into the room he always shakes your hand! and right away just looking at my face that what I had been told was rosacea my whole life was more than likely my allergies.... I went to Dr. Guram yesterday 9/26/2024. I was given a totally different address. So called to ask what the address was and the lady was rude. We get there just minutes before my appointment it was a extra 20 minute drive. Check in was easy. We didn't wait long till I was called back. I explained to nurse that everyone but my father had our Gallbladder removed Mother Me and 3 sisters. We have been popping Anti Diarrhea pills often to help. Called for appt. for procedure, in network, been there before...rude person says my insurance is inactive...its Webtpa...you have to call number to verify...obviously didn't want to call number to verify..obviously doesn't care..obviously doesn't know how to their job.read other reviews..don't chance your healthcare with this office...save your time your health and your money!!!
