I had a slow leak in my rear tire and needed the inter-tube replaced since the valve nozzle broke on my Segway F30. Needless to say the experience and service were stellar. I went to charge my car after dropping off my scooter and within an hour it was ready for pickup! Ir rides like a dream and better than before, I will definitely be returning in the future for all my service needs!

This review is subject to change as my experience is on going. I dropped off my scooter Monday January 8th for a rear wheel flat fix. While very friendly, I was given a rough eta of 2-3 days. It’s a NIU KQi2 scooter that I suppose isn’t too common, but today has been three weeks. The only updates provided thus far have been “it’s on the rack” and it’s when having to call them. I dropped off my scooter for a replacement tire the Wednesday before thanksgiving and received it back within a week . They not only replaced the wheel but also took care of it entirely with a nice wipe down of the dirt and grime it has accumulated throughout my usage of it. The drop off and pick up was flexible and convenient for me which I very much appreciated. Very professional and trustworthy!

very pleased with this company's repair! there's not many escooter/bike repairs so im rly glad it's close to where i live. i came w a flat tire and they went beyond with the service-- even included a deep clean!! the workers are super friendly and clear with the process. the booking and pick up process was also seemless. for something i can't repair, im really grateful for their service and id love to support small businesses. in the future i will be coming back should something happen. pleasure doing business with them!
