I had not filed my taxes for the past three years and did not know where to start. I came here for help and JR was very patient in guiding me through the process. He clearly explained what documents I needed and how to obtain them, which made everything much easier to handle. I followed his advice and he prepared and filed all of my returns. Update: After their response, I want to clarify that my concern was never about being unable to proceed. It was about how I was treated. He knows how he handled the situation. I couldn’t answer some questions, but that does not justify being spoken to in a dismissive and frustrated tone. The way he spoke made me feel uncomfortable and nervous.
