I have subcontracted with Manifest for over 6.5 years. They have always been extremely fair to me even during down markets and hard economic times. They treat everybody that works with them like family. I would and have recommended many of my friends work with them. It is rare to find a company and management team with such integrity.

I have worked for Manifest for 16 years.I started with them when the company was being run from the owners kitchen. Except for the owner, I have worked there longer than anyone in the company. I have worked for various clients thru the years. Manifest pays very well. The entire company is built around treating their consultants well. They have been there for me thru personal tough times. Manifest is an EXCELLENT company to work for. Like any good company, they provided good benefits, a friendly work environment, and easy access to management. But beyond that, Manifest is a company where they really care about their employees and community. I dont know if Kim has a personal beef with someone at Manifest and decided to take it out on the company, but Manifest has been nothing but fair with me. I have been working on a long-term project for a client through Manifest for 3 years now, and have never once missed a paycheck, even though the client had on two occasions not paid Manifest (they did eventually, but Manifest did not make me wait to get paid). I read the last review (by someone calling themselves kim) and was a little surprised. Manifest was a good company to work for, they paid well, and they always paid me on time, and I was treated with respect. As long as the salary youre earning is acceptable, what do you care about markup? If you agree to a poor salary, that is your problem. If "kim" never received payment, there are ways to address that, but there is no mention or seeking redress in that review. A very poor company to work with. They are a sweat shop making a dollar out of fifty cents. Worked on a short term project for this company for a month and never got paid, eventhough, they got paid from the client. If you are working or are planning to work for this company, please make sure they comply with wage laws and department of labor regulations. Especially, if you are technical guru, please do not work with them. They work on a very high markup and in the end cheat the consultant of the hard earned money.
